Important Competencies:
· FirstLevel Support (After-Sales) for Helpdesk, Service technicians, Subsidiaries andoutside Plants, national and international or a definite product - / machinegroups
· Good communication skills for all customers and internally
· Handle ticket management via SAP
· Transfer to correct person in charge; technical support desk, receiving, transfer,follow up with cases, registrate cases
· Prepareoverviews for technical support analysis
· Preparereports/summary reports for technical support analysis of group areas
· Helpdesksupport in evening times too
· Continuousadvanced training pertaining to the current Krones- machine technology
Knowledge/Experience:
· Scope: The job assignment pre-supposesdecisions with proposed solutions for the job execution as well as overlappingactivities. Employee participatesactively for first level support desk
· Good communication skill required to scope thecustomer demands national andinternational
· Highly motivated person with several languageskills
· Prepare overviews for technical supportanalysis
· Prepare overviews forlcs-turnover/profits; analyze new fieldprojects for turnover/profits
· Fit in power points
· Ability to present and also to moderate after a while
· Guidelines: Committed to technical support standards
· Interfaces: Krones Taicang Management, Technicalsupport manager Mr. Lei, KAG-technical support, Internal and external contact persons, customer
Requirements:
· University degree
· Qualified at languages(German, English and Chinese)
· Highlyqualified for very good communication skills
· Advanced knowledgewith regards to a SAP-system, standardoffice programs
· Teamspirit and Flexibility
· Good German and English knowledge in speech and writing
